End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and GRKN Studios ("we", "us") and governs your use of the SnipSpark application ("Software"). By downloading or using the Software you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Licence Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Software on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not: modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; reproduce, copy, rent, lease, sell or distribute the Software; remove any proprietary notices; or use the Software in violation of applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with us. This Agreement grants you no rights to our trademarks or logos.
4. User Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you download using the Software and for ensuring you have the right to do so. See our Terms of Use for details.
5. Subscriptions
Optional Premium subscriptions renew automatically and are billed through your Apple Account. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Use.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
8. Third-Party Terms
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Software, including the terms of the platforms from which content originates.
9. Apple
Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the Software. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. Any claim relating to the Software should be directed to us, not Apple.
10. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, at which point you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
