Welcome to SnipSpark. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SnipSpark mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

SnipSpark is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Privacy

Videos you save are stored on your device; we do not store your saved content on our servers. To retrieve a video, the link you paste is sent to our server and a third-party media provider. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details, including our use of advertising.

3. Third-Party Platforms

SnipSpark is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the platform a video originates from.

4. Content and Copyright

Videos accessed through SnipSpark remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders. You may use the App only to save content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have permission to download.

You must not use SnipSpark to reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit content belonging to someone else without their consent. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use.

If you believe content has been used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific advertisements are shown. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimer

SnipSpark depends on third-party platforms and providers that may change or restrict access at any time. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every link will work, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that downloads will always succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Subscription and Billing

SnipSpark Premium is a monthly recurring subscription that provides unlimited features and an ad-free experience. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
